Send your order

WhatsApp the quantities, your delivery address and the date you need it.

We confirm

We check stock, confirm the delivery date and send you an invoice with our banking details.

You pay by EFT

Use your business name as the reference and email the proof of payment to admin@hidrate.co.za.

We deliver

Your order goes out on the agreed date, free above R1 200 within our delivery area.

Custom labels

Put your name on the bottle

We print your own label onto our bottles for bulk orders. It is the cheapest branded thing you can hand a guest, and people keep it in their hand for an hour.

Conferences and workshops. Weddings and funerals. Church events, school sports days, gym openings, corporate gifting. Send us your logo, on WhatsApp or to sales@hidrate.co.za, and we will come back with artwork, a price and a lead time.

What we need from you

  • Your logo, in the highest quality file you have
  • The bottle size and the quantity you want
  • The date you need it in hand

Minimum quantity and lead time are quoted per job, since they depend on the size and the artwork.

Who we supply

Standing orders and one-off jobs

Most of our customers order the same thing every month. Some need three hundred bottles once, for one Saturday. Both are fine.

Delivery & terms

The rules, in plain words

Minimum order
R 750.00 per delivery, made up of any combination of products.
Free delivery
On orders of R 1 200.00 and above within our standard delivery area in Gauteng.
Below the threshold
Delivery is R 150.00, or you are welcome to collect at no charge by arrangement.
Payment
Full payment by EFT on confirmation of the order. Goods are released once we have proof of payment, emailed to admin@hidrate.co.za.
Price validity
Prices are effective 1 September 2026 and hold until a new price list is published.
VAT
No VAT is charged. We are not a registered VAT vendor and our invoices are not tax invoices.
